Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 May 2026.
01 Foundry respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum necessary to respond to your inquiry — nothing more.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect:
- Information you provide directly: name, email, organisation, investor or partner profile, area of interest, and any note you choose to send.
- Limited technical data automatically generated by the submission: timestamp, IP address (for security and geographic context), and basic browser metadata.
We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or profiling on this website.
How we use it
Information you submit is used solely to:
- respond to your inquiry,
- route the conversation to the appropriate next step (investor memo, venture-level discussion, partnership conversation, etc.),
- maintain a record of communications related to your inquiry.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers or marketing networks.
Where it goes
Submissions are delivered to a private Telegram channel reviewed by the founder. They may also be stored in our internal records for the purpose of continuing the conversation with you.
How long we keep it
We retain contact information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain the related conversation, and meet legitimate business or legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@01foundry.com.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is perfectly secure; please consider this when sending us sensitive details and prefer secure channels where appropriate.
Third parties
We use a small number of standard third-party services to operate the website and process submissions (hosting, form delivery to Telegram, font delivery). These providers process only what is necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy obligations.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect any change. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
